My dog Chipper + Fishing in Arkansas
Meet Chipper, my fishing buddy, who I've raised from a pup.  He was named after the small RCA dog
who appeared in TV commercials a few years ago.
ABOVE -Chipper when he was about 7 weeks old
Chipper checks out the catch of the day.  He loves to eat fillet of catfish too, deep fried southern style.
ABOVE- A busy day, Chipper has a huge fenced in yard to play in.  He can't do any tricks but he has the
distinction of being the most spoiled dog in the City of Sherwood, perhaps, in the whole state of Arkansas.
You see, he gets his way most of the time.  Chipper refuses to eat regular dog food but loves human food,
especially the roast chicken from the local Wall-Mart Deli.  I know he looks smart, but in truth, he's just
smart enough to get himself in trouble.  He's a natural born hunter and chasing after pesky squirrels is his
favorite activity.  Chipper is a busybody, always in my shadow, when I'm working around home.  Oh yes,
he's a tractor driver too, as he always wants to ride along with his paws on the steering wheel, when I'm
mowing with the garden tractor.  He's sunshine in my life.  Tom T. Hall got it right, in a song,...,"Ain't but
three things in this world that's worth a solitary dime, but old dogs and children and watermelon wine."
